Starting on a very sad note that Xiaomi is allowed to sell their smartphones in India only till 8th January 2015. The company sold approximately one million smartphones in India from the start of the sales via Flipkart. The Xiaomi Mi5 Black Edition has been leaked recently and the company is going to showcase the smartphone at CES 2015 in Las Vegas next week so the leak seem genuine.
The Xiaomi Mi5 Black Edition resembles the Xiaomi Mi5 in terms of the design and signature. The Xiaomi Mi5 Black Edition is supposed to be larger than the Mi4 which is a 5 inch device. We presume that the new device would be somewhere from 5.3 inches to 5.7 inches in terms of the display screen. We are not aware of the resolution as of now but we are sure about the showcase at CES 2015.
The Xiaomi Mi5 Black Edition does appear to have a remarkably thin bezel and relies solely on a visual comparison that the device would be black with a neat lit up screen. The logo would be spotted easily just like the other Xiaomi smartphones and phablets. Breaking the features further, the new device is supposed to have 4G LTE connectivity, a QHD display screen with a Snapdragon 805 SoC that would be backed at least by 3GB of RAM.
