There is good news today for all LG fans. The LG Liger made a bold appearance before the final and official announcement with a set of complete specifications, benchmarks and even hands-on photos. The LG Liger (F490L) is going to going to join the LG G3 family of Android smartphones with identical looks and only having a bigger display of 5.9 inches and the Odin chipset. The GPU decked in will be from Imagination Technologies. Technically the GPU is a PowerVR GPU and four Cortex-A15 cores that clock 1.5 GHz. We also presume that the LG Liger will be based on Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS.[custom_gallery source=”media: 10137,10138,10139,10140,10141,10142,10143,10144,10145,10146″ link=”image” target=”blank” width=”110″ height=”200″ title=”never”]
The AnTuTu 5 score which can be seen in one of the images below is not impressive even against the Snapdragon 801 packing the LG G3. Because the resolution of the device has been dropped, the LG Liger could be regarded as a mid-ranged smartphone and not a flagship device.
Apart from 2GB of RAM and expandable storage options of 16 /32GB, the device sports a 13MP primary camera and a 3,000mAh battery. On the measurement scale, the device spans 157.8 x 81.8 x 9.5 mm. We presume that this would be the last and final leak before the device is officially announced.
