The Camera app for Motorola known as Motorola Camera which is available for download on the Google Play Store has been updated allowing Android smart-watches to function as remote shutters. This feature will work on any Android Wear including non-Motorola ones like the LG G Watch and Samsung Gear Live. It is a long time now and not many reports have filtered in about the working of Android Wear. It could be a game changer in terms of smart-watches but surely not for a long time……
The above feature that has been updated in Motorola Camera app for Android is available in the Google Camera app for some time now where a Google Now card is issued on the smart-watch to “Take a Photo.” Later, there is a three-second countdown which appears and then and after the shutter, a clear preview is shown on the wrist. Pretty neat huh ??
The Motorola Camera app update also fixes bugs and reportedly improves performance of the app and connected devices. You might be disappointed if this app is not compatible on your device so hurry up and check if you can download the app. Motorola has also launched the Moto G2 and the Moto X (2nd Gen) recently. There are so many good things about the Moto G2 as well as about the Moto X (2nd Gen) but people are still waiting to see what HTC is going to offer in terms of the Nexus 9 and Google in terms of Android L. Android Wear is one part of the story………What would you say ??
