There are so many apps of the Google Play Store which can be used as secondary keyboards. As you all know, at the Google I/O 2014 the Android L version was revealed with a preview of what it would look like. We have been tipped by one of our ardent follower Mr.Manan Chawla regarding this app on the Google Play Store called Android L Keyboard.
We have reviewed the Android L Keyboard app and have drawn out some conclusions. With respect to the functionality and user interface, everything seems smooth, fast and clean. This keyboard app is compatible on a huge list of Android devices like the Nexus 5, Nexus 7, Sony Xperia M, Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Galaxy S5. Apart from device compatibility, all Android devices running Android 4.0 and above are compatible. Android L Keyboard has been modified to run as a standalone app with no advertisements and bloat. It is available for free download on the Google Play Store and you need not root your Android device for the same. If you are an emoji king/queen, you could hold down the Enter key and the emojis will be displayed.

Coming down to the core functionality and usability, the Android L Keyboard app requires network access in order to sync the dictionary and allows the app to automatically add recipients and contact names to type suggestions. This is a very personalized Android app which can be used to experience the Android L version on your device.
