Acer has launched a Android powered budget smartphone called the Acer Liquid Z5 which is priced at €169 which is approximately about $230 US. The Acer Liquid Z5 will be available in grey or white color variants commencing sometime in mid-January in France, Benelux, Germany, Ukraine,Spain, Portugal and UK for €169.
