There have been multiple rumors about the HTC M8 which have been circulating for a long time and the latest leak of it’s specifications suggest that the device will sport a Snapdragon 800 SoC which will be coupled with 2GB of RAM.
The leak which was spotted earlier states that the HTC M8 will have a Snapdragon 800. The only thing which has changed in this leak is the RAM which was earlier rumored to be 3GB.

According to the current leak by @evelaks, the HTC M8 will be decked with a Snapdragon MSM8974 Processor, 1080p display, 2GB RAM. The detailed specifications of the primary camera have not been stated except that it will be an UltraPixel camera and a 2.1MP secondary camera. The M8 has cleared Wi-Fi certification, therefore it will have a Wi-Fi antenna that can switch between 5GHz and 2.4GHz. Also noted in the leak is that the M8 will showcase a Sense 6.0 UI.
