AT&T had started rolling out the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S4 in the United States a couple of days ago and pulled the update back after a couple of days after a few devices that received the update had started facing various issues.
Almost a week later, AT&T has started rolling out a new build which probably has all persistent issues fixed in the previous update. The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Galaxy S4 is 719MB in size and is currently rolling out to the Galaxy S4 handsets in the US as per source.
The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update will upgrade your Samsung Galaxy S4 to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean along with adding enhanced features such as Galaxy Gear support, Samsung Knox support, Drag and Drop to uninstall or even to disable applications, Group Play 2.5, Samsung Apps and call reliability improvements.
