Earlier this week, Motorola officially took the wraps off the Moto G and they revealed that the device would be long before they make the jump from the stage to consumers pockets as launches are already planned for this week in Brazil and various parts of Europe.
Mark Randall (Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations at Motorola) has told Omio that the Moto G will ship to the United States with the Android 4.4 KitKat pre-installed. He also explained that in the first wave of Moto G launches the device will ship with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and then will be upgraded to Android 4.4 KitKat in January 2014.
