It appears that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 could soon receive an OTA Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update as Samsung service centres spread out across India have got access to the new update as per reports. According to source and by SamMobile, an Indian user claims to have updated his Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean through a Samsung service centre.
The Indian user’s Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has the build number N7100XXUEMJ9 with a build date marked as 31st October 2013 which means that this could be the final version of the update and it would be soon be rolled out officially. The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update will make the Galaxy Note 2 fully compatible with the Galaxy Gear and also bring in other updates including improved text input, improved and updated graphics and multimedia, Samsung KNOX, Smart Switch, HomeSync and Group Play 2.5.
