Browsers for Android run into too many but the best ones are being updated from time to time. Lucas Rocha says that this is the biggest UI change in Firefox for Android since the first native release back in June 2012 as per source. It took  about 3 months and in that period of time 147 bugs were fixed and 250 change-sets which is a real good improvement and do-up.

The UI is redesigned and rewritten the Awesomescreen :—where you search bookmarks and browsing history when you tap on the URL toolbar and the Start Page which is the one users can see when the app is executed.Lucas also said that he enjoyed working on this because it was a team effort and all part of the mobile front-end team contributed some ideas. It was a nice opportunity to modernize and cleanup a large part of the code base and the new design feels more streamlined, cleaner , lighter and easier.

The new UI is now available in their Nightly builds which can be downloaded from here. Please go ahead with the download, install and feel free to leave back your feedback. There might be some issues here and there but an updated version will be available very soon.
