Yahoo has released a revamped version of its weather app for Android as reported by a source today and an image of the updated app screen UI is provided by the source only. The app follows the idea of iOS version which had seen a similar interface some time back and iOS users seen happy to be using it. It has arrived late for Android but nevertheless , it is better late than never.
What Yahoo officially says that is the updated app carries more data than ever by which users can check 10-day forecasts, 24 hour forecast, precipitation , phases of the moon ( sunset and sunrise ) ,wind and pressure, UV patterns and a lot more. It does not stop there but has an interactive map in the application too. Yahoo Weather has got a new lock screen widget for direct weather updates instantly.
