HP Slate 8 Pro tipped with Tegra 4

A known source has had a glimpse of details on an unannounced HP device sporting a quality codename of Bodhi. The device was spotted in a benchmark filing report and while there were some details revealed, there was one question hanging around about whether the device is a smartphone or a full fledged tablet. There is no more discussion about the same and HP has to confirm it anyway. But , an updated benchmark filing now has this same Bodhi device listed with another name which is quite intriguing. The name that was filed later also shows what type of device is expected.

The name is the HP Slate 8 Pro and by hearing the word Slate it can be concluded that it will be a tablet as HP has a range of Slate tablets. The Slate 8 Pro looks like it will be powered by an Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and hardware is supposed to include an 8-inch 1600 x 1200 display screen and NVIDIA Tegra 4 Processor which will be able to handle multiple functions at a time and with good processing speed on an overall basis.

Going on to the next word that reads out ” Pro ” there are expectations of high-end features but the thing that is pulling back the statement is that there is no indication of RAM, internal storage, battery or every expandable memory provision. Taking all into consideration , HP has not confirmed any of the above yet so it is all a matter of waiting for the time when they official do.
