Virus on all types of OS on smartphones has affected a lot of users over the years and recently the bug which was publicized earlier this month which allows attackers to install code on to phones running Google Android OS and then take control of them. This vulnerability was first reported by security research firm BlueBox Security on 3rd July 2013.
Google has already taken tough and strong moves to tackle the problem once and for all. BlueBox said it had found a way to make changes to an app’s code without affecting the signature which is very neat. You also have to note that each and every Android app contains an encrypted signature that the operating system uses to check the program is legitimate and has not been tampered with.
