Alcatel One Touch WatchAlcatel is talking about today a lot about the smart-watch that they are planning on manufacturing completely and releasing soon. Alcatel has unveiled the Pixi 3. The Pixi 3 series comprises of four devices with screen sizes 3.5, 4, 4.5 and 5 inches. The 3.5 inch Pixi 3 device is 3G enabled while the other three are 4G LTE enabled.

The best part about this set of Alcatel smartphones is that the Pixi 3 devices will be OS-agnostic, unlike the Pixi and Pixi 2 which ran only Android. As per the official press release, the new smartphones will be compatible with Windows, Firefox and definitely Android. We were waiting for some mobile brand to release such a smartphone and it is going to be out soon. The New Year 2015 feeling is definitely setting in with a lot of things.

There is not a lot known about the four Pixi 3 devices but the wait is not long as we will update more when we cover CES 2015. Apart from Alcatel being in the news, Samsung reveals a duo of futuristic wireless speakers  and OnePlus One gets official Android 5.0 Alpha ROM. We were at the Sunburn Music Festival 2014 in Goa last week where we had a good look at Micromax displaying most of their smartphones at the venue. Did you know that ZTE has revamped their logo and company policy ??
