Nest controls will make their way to Google Now soon

NestWe have just received news from source that you will be able to control your Nest thermostat from Google Now soon. The functionality is already integrated into Google Now as is going to go live within some time. There is no fixed time to see the change on Google Now that’s why we advise you to stay tuned to our Facebook, Google+ and Twitter networks.

The working is very easy where you ask Google Now to “set Nest to 70 degrees” and it will try and complete the task efficiently. After you agree to the action by hitting the “Yes, I’m in” button, you will be redirected to link which is not yet active since the update has not been released. Nest integration with Google Now will work in two ways that are totally different. You will either have to set the temperature yourself or allow the assistant to do this for you by checking when you are heading home so that when you reach home the temperature is just right. The new functionality will have a separate and designated Google Now card. After this Google is going to work on creating Nest functionality for various other smart appliances which would just be more than a surprise for you to know and use in your day-to-day life.
