The Xiaomi Redmi 1S and the Mi3 were two smartphones that were sold on Flipkart made a real difference in the smartphone market in India because of the price and the features offered. Damian Menezes spoke to us about the Mi3 and Amanda Crasto spoke about the Redmi 1S. We are glad to inform you that another Xiaomi smartphone has been leaked with amazing features. The Xiaomi Mi5 has been leaked on source stating that it would be decked up with a 5.7 inch display screen boasting a 2k resolution and a Quad-Core Snapdragon 810 processor inside. Looking at the images below and the written down features of the screen, it looks a lot like the Huawei Ascend Mate 7.

We would be reaching more information about specifications like storage, RAM, battery and even the operating system. We presume that the Mi5 would be booting Android 4.4 KitKat OS and have the full connectivity package along with it. As of now the price and the release date is not known. People across India were shocked the way the earlier two Xiaomi smartphones were getting sold on Flipkart and now it is proven so the next sale would surely get more purchases. The big challenge for Xiaomi would be to provide a better battery capacity keeping in mind the 2k resolution and various other features of the device that would be draining the battery throughout the day.
