Xiaomi to launch Redmi Note in India on 2 December 2014

Remember those days when you used to try an order the Mi3 and Redmi 1S, Flipkart used to prompt “Out of Stock” ? Another phase has come as Xiaomi has started teasing the first India sale of the Redmi Note via the Mi India Facebook Page. The Xiaomi Redmi Note would be sold officially on Flipkart early next month. Techolic has claimed that the sale of the Redmi Note would be on 2nd December 2014 as Flipkart always conducts Xiaomi sales on Tuesday. We presume that the date can be off by a week or two as it is only a pure prediction. The Redmi Note sale would be probably served on Flipkart for a month so get ready to get those buttons clicking…..

Xiaomi Redmi Note Contest

Xiaomi India had conducted a contest on Facebook giving people a chance to win a Redmi Note. In order to participate in the contest which ended on 21st November 2014 at 9PM you would have to share the company’s post and submit a creative image as to why you want and deserve the device. We have caught on some nice creatives made by Xiaomi fans and felt they deserve to displayed.

Moving on to the features of the Redmi Note, the device sports a 5.5-inch LED IPS display screen with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Apart from being powered by a 1.7GHz Mediatek’s MT6592 Octa-Core processor that is backed by 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card, the device has a 13MP primary camera and 5MP secondary camera. All works only with the powerful 3,100mAh battery, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS with MIUI v5 on top. When the device gets the Android 5.0 Lollipop update, MIUI will be upgraded to version 6.

You better be ready when the sale starts as you have seen what happens to products from Xiaomi in terms of sales.
