Nokia is truly going to capture the market across the globe with the Nokia X. According to related news, Nokia X scores a whooping one million pre-orders in China. There is excitement and even tension mounting up within every potential buyer. Many Android users truly love what Sony has done with their devices. The Sony Xperia M is one mid-priced device that is loved by many.

Does the Nokia X out-beat the Sony Xperia M in terms of quality and other specifications ?

Nokia XThe Nokia X being priced at Rs.8,399/- across India truly out-beats the Xperia M in terms of price but looking at features and other specifications, there would still be a huge doubt. The Sony Xperia M and the Nokia X, both sport the same screen size but have different screen resolution. When it comes to camera, the Nokia X would be on the lower side having just one 3MP primary camera whereas the Xperia M has been decked up with both a 5MP primary camera and a 0.3MP VGA secondary camera. There is no need to be forlorn as the Nokia X has a huge number of apps that would make you live life fast on the fast lane.

Looking at the hardware and storage capacities, the Xperia M is geared up with a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8227 whereas the Nokia X has a 1GHz Dual-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 that have 1GB RAM and 512MB RAM respectively. In case, you are a hardcore gamer, you would surely have to go for the Xperia M as it has a Adreno 305 GPU.

We would give a thumbs down to the Nokia X when it comes to storage capacity and expand-ability, as the company should have put in some more memory and space. The Xperia M has the same storage capacity and expandable storage capacity. Nokia would take this as a hint to better up with their next Android devices.

The Nokia X having Dual-SIM slots would raise the bar here, but also remember that not everyone is searching for Dual-SIM devices. People hate those kind of pop-ups when you go ahead with a call or a message and the user has to face options of which SIM should be used. The Nokia X is powered by Android Nokia X 1.0 UI whereas the Xperia M has Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Last but not the least, the battery is one drawback looking at the Xperia M with a 1750 mAh battery. Connectivity options and features seem okay looking at the price of the device.
