Facebook to buy Little Eye Labs

Facebook Inc is buying Little Eye Labs which is an Indian based start-up that builds performance analysis and monitoring tools for Android apps on mobile in order to to boost its technology as it focuses on growing revenue from its mobile business.
The terms of the deal between both the companies were not disclosed, but various media reports suggest the price was less than $15 million. More on the scene, a Facebook spokesperson has stated that nothing regarding the deal will be mentioned.

Subbu Subramanian (Engineering Manager at Facebook) said;

The Little Eye Labs technology will help us to continue improving our Android code-base to make more efficient and higher-performing apps. The Little Eye Labs team will move to Menlo Park, California according to the statement on the website.
