Sony Xperia Z1s spotted with rear panel identical to Xperia Z1
The long rumoured device by Sony called the Xperia Z1s is believed to be the upcoming international variant of the Xperia Z1f and the mini-variant of the Xperia Z1 has just been spotted today in a leaked image which reveals a lot about the device.
The leaked image was spotted first by the very famous Xperia Guide on Chinese Digi-Wo forum. According to source, the latest leaked image shows the rear panel of the alleged Xperia Z1s which is in black and the back panel includes the primary camera which is accompanied by an LED Flash. More on the rear is the Sony logo branding in the middle and also an Xperia branding embedded at the bottom like how Sony usually design their devices. What we are trying to make clear is that the purported leaked image of the Xperia Z1s shows a rear panel which is highly identical to the Xperia Z1 rear panel.
The alleged Sony Xperia Z1s has made multiple appearances on the web earlier via leaks and speculations but this is the first time the device’s rear panel has been leaked which could be considered as great information for all you Sony fans out there.
The FCC listing has showed that the Xperia Z1s has a model number Sony D5503 and also a code-name: ‘Amami’. In terms of software and compatibility, the FCC listing shows that the device is running few Android versions with specific build numbers such as 14.2.A.0.144 and 14.2.A.0.78 which has also hinted that the device would be based on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
