Android 4.4.1 brings better photos to Nexus 5

LG Nexus 5

The Android 4.4.1 update which Google was working on is out for the Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and the Nexus 5. Owners of the Nexus 5 who are hoping to snap better pictures will get some good help and benefit from Android 4.4.1.

The Nexus camera’s auto-focus, exposure and white balance has been greatly improved reducing the motion blur that often cropped up in photos under certain conditions. The camera app is a second quicker which will give the Nexus 5 owners a better chance at capturing a fast-moving object clearly and better than before.  A new progress indicator pops up in HDR+ mode which snaps several images of the same scene and then combines them to produce the best picture which could be regarded something like Panorama.
