Few minutes from now eager Android users will be able to install BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) app on their Android devices. BBM will be available on the Google Play Store ( free download ) for Android smartphones running Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS ) and Jelly Bean 4.1 and above beginning at 4:30 PM IST ( 7 AM EDT ) on 21st September 2013 as per source. The BBM app for iPhones running iOS 6 and iOS 7 will become available for each market on the App Store on 22nd September 2013. Official BBM tweet on Twitter says the same.

The BBM for Android app can be downloaded at BBM or even the Google Play Store. When it launches , the BBM Voice calling and the BBM Video calling features will not be available on the app but BlackBerry says these are are planned for availability in a future version which will be provided as an update. At last , we will be able to see all faces joyous as the BBM app for Android is coming out today and we will provide a link for download in time.
